' This charity does incredibly important work with those suffering from a range of mental health problems. The work which is done is extremely important in a part of norfolk where people can be very isolated and find accessing services often very difficult. Their aim to encourage, motivate and support others to have an enjoyable, purposeful and rewarding life through self help is an incredibly important approach '
Norman Lamb. Member of Parliament and shadow minister of health for North Norfolk.
' After a working lifetime of service to others, i am well aware of the debilitating effects of depression and anxiety on sufferers from those conditions. Mr Walker's charity ' Back on Track ' offers valuable support, care and encouragement to such people experiencing loneliness, lowered self-esteem and insecurity after experiencing depression, but lacking sufficient continuing care from Social Services. The charity creates opportunities for such people to socialise, establish friendships and receive encouraging support as they try to improve their circumstances. I believe ' Back on Track ' to be very worthy of financial support '
Mr John Pulford. Formally head of the University of Cambridge counselling service
